GRILL DA CHICKEN DIS WAY:
COMPONENTS:
chicken drumsticks(the leg pices)-5
spices
coriander for garnish
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFF:
oil -2tbs
onion paste-4tbs
cumin seeds-1tps
turmeric powder-1/2 tps
ginger paste-1 tps
garlic paste-1tps
chilli powder-1tps(can be reduced for less spice)
salt - 1tps
spices powder-2tps(can be reduced for less spice)
coconut powder-2tps
FOR THE SPICES POWDER:
cloves-5
jeera-1tps
cardamom-5
coriander seeds-2tps
garam masala powder-1tps(available in indian stores).
put all the above into a mixer and ground them to powder.
METHOD:
1. take a pan and heat the oil. add cumin seeds and onion paste and let it fry for 1 min.
2.add turmeric powder,ginger paste & garlic paste and let fry for 1 min.
3.add the chilli powder,salt,coconut powder and spices powder.
4.mix well and off the stove.
5.take the drumsticks (chicken legs) and pierce them with a knife and make 4 cuts on 4 sides of the drumstick of 1 inch length.
6.first fill those cuts with the paste made.
7.then mix all the drumsticks stuffed with the paste in the leftover paste and then fry them on a pan or grill them or put them in the oven till done.
